We are looking for consecutive, liaison and simultaneous interpreters worldwide with different combinations of language pairs to provide with onsite, remote or hybrid conference or consecutive interpreting (freelance) and attend international events, in order to support the audience and the speakers with their language barriers ! 

Our client has opened 4 positions for Project Managers to join the Team  and start a new career journey in one of the most beautiful destinations  in Europe for expats (Prague).

The ideal candidate will be  responsible for acquisition, planning, coordinating, and implementing  translation or interpretation projects for clients in France or  worldwide, dealing with freelance translators, interpreters for  consecutive or simultaneous assignments in conference or social  interpreting.

The role will also include study,  preparation and submission of tenders in French or English. both  languages are mandatory, any additional languages is very welcome in a  young & international Team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of preexisting clients

• Analyzing clients needs and preparing custom-designed offers

• Preparing technical and financial offers for private and public Call for Tenders

• Recruiting interpreters or translators according to specificity of the projects

• Negotiation rates and contractual conditions with suppliers and clients

• Managing full cycle project management process

• Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

• Communicate with customers using various channels

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

• Able to identify when the issue should be re-assigned to another department

• Keep records of customer interactions, comments, reports and complaints
