Define recruiting strategies and action plans
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to set job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews
Provide analytical and recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Be the point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements
Talent Hunter
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or external agency)
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (competency-based, languages, stress etc)
Ability to organize skills assessment centers and video or phone interviews
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM and ref.check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
